Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered betpeo account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. betpeo reserves the right to suspend all accounts held by the same individual, void any bets placed across those accounts, and retain any outstanding balances pending investigation in cases of duplicate account detection.
betpeo may, at its discretion or as required by its compliance obligations, request that you complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. This may require you to submit a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. betpeo may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your betpeo account at any time by contacting support. betpeo also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that has been inactive for a prolonged period, or where betpeo determines closure is necessary for compliance or security reasons.
betpeo accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL online transfer, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). All accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in PKR. betpeo does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
The minimum deposit at betpeo is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). The maximum single deposit is Rs 500,000. betpeo reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits based on responsible gaming assessments or compliance requirements. Users may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via account settings.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. betpeo targets same-day processing for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. betpeo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements, or fraud investigations.
All betpeo transactions for Pakistani users are conducted in PKR. No foreign exchange fees are applied by betpeo on PKR-denominated deposits or withdrawals. Exchange rate risk does not apply to PKR accounts.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the betpeo system and a bet reference number has been issued. betpeo reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where the outcome is known, bets placed after event commencement without in-play status, and bets that exceed account or market limits.
betpeo settles bets based on officially published results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results as announced by the ICC, PCB, or the relevant domestic board. In the event of a discrepancy between betpeo's data feed and the official result, the official result shall prevail. Bets will be voided if a match is abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable rules.
betpeo reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (palpable errors). This includes odds that deviate materially from market consensus at the time of bet placement. betpeo will communicate any void decisions clearly and refund the stake to the user's account.
In-play (live) betting markets on betpeo operate in real time. Network delays may result in bets being accepted after the relevant event in a match. betpeo reserves the right to void bets placed after an in-play event has occurred where the outcome of that event would materially affect the bet.
All casino games offered on betpeo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent third-party testing agencies. Game rules are published within each game interface. By launching a casino game on betpeo, you accept the specific rules of that game as defined by its provider.
